AMBROSIA SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
1 16 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained,
1 8 oz. can mandarins, drained,
1 cup miniature marshmallows,
1/2 cup maraschino cherries (+few for garnish)
1/2 cup coconut flakes,
1/2 cup raisins,
2 cups whipped cream (Cool Whip),
1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
Combine all the ingredients; refrigerate until serving; scoop into your favorite serving dish and garnish is optional...
