CHICKEN TACO
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 TACOS:
2 cups diced cooked chicken breast,
2 tablespoons mild salsa,
1 tablespoon olive oil,
1 teaspoon Taco Seasoning,
1 teaspoon fresh chopped cilantro,
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder,
4 corn tortilla,
1 cup rice pilaf (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
In a skillet heat oil; add chicken, Taco Seasoning, salsa and garlic. Cook for 2 , 3 minutes.
Set aside. Brush oil on hot skillet and lightly warm up tortillas turning on both sides. Spoon chicken on top of each tortilla. Top with salsa and chopped cilantro.
