BASIC INGREDIENTS FOR ONE POUND MEAT: 1 lb. meat of your choice (pork in this case), 1/2 chopped large onion, 1 clove of minced fresh garlic, 1 egg, lightly beaten, 1-1/2 cups soft white bread crumbs, dash of thyme and pepper, salt to taste, oil for deep frying;
DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients, minus oil. Form 1-1/2 - 2 inches balls and roll onto flour. Deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or cold, with mustard, mayonnaise, honey mustard,ketchup , bbq sauce or any sauce you like.
