This salad is very easy to make. Just cut the peppers in small strips (after seeded and cored)
and deep fry for few minutes . Remove into a salad bowl and stir in some vinegar, salt ,pepper and minced garlic; toss and serve.
It's so windy and rainy outside; it's been like this the whole day. I'm dreaming of summer time; where we will go this year?! While I was preparing this colorful salad, my mind went back to my last Hawaiian vacation with my two sons. We had so much fun on the Island.
