CHOCOLATE NUT RASPBERRY FILLED COOKIES


INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter,
1/4cup powder sugar,
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract,
1-1/4 cup flour,
4 tablespoon milk;
FILLING:
1 cup (6 oz) chocolate chips,
1/2 copped nuts,
1/4 cup raspberry jam.

1. In a small bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Gradually add flour and milk - mix well. Set aside.
2. For filling, in a microwave, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Stir in nuts and jam; cool slightly.
3. Shape dough around each spoon of chocolate mixture, so it is completely covered. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 12 to 14 minutes. roll warm cookies in powder sugar; cool on wire racks.
