BEEF AND VEGETABLES SALAD - BOEUF SALAD - (salata de boeuf)

INGREDIENTS:
5 potatoes; boiled in skin, peeled and cut in small cubes;
5 carrots; boiled in skin, peeled and cut in small cubes;
1 cup frozen fresh peas (cooked for 4-5 minutes, cooled and drained);
1 lb. cooked beef sirloin cut in small cubes;
5 hard boiled eggs, peeled and cut in small cubes;
2 medium pickles cut in small cubes;
1/2 cup chopped black olives;
2 cups mayonnaise mixed with 2 tablespoons of mustard(for color and taste);
salt;
pepper,
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Place the mixture into a serving dish; spread the reserved mayonnaise on top and garnish with raw or cooked vegetables, olives, etc.
