CHOCOLATE CREAM CUPCAKES

A remake for my friend's Baby Shower. She likes chocolate. Who doesn't? She chose this lovely mini cupcakes from my other blog and decided that will be perfect for her party. I will have to make 50 of these. No big deal.
These cupcakes are made with vanilla cake mix and topped with butter chocolate cream; for decoration I've used lavender chocolate melts.

APPETIZER PLATTER

A dear friend of mine, mother to be any day now, is having a Baby Shower party. I'm going to make (remake)this Appetizer platter (plus others...)for her. Here we have Italian Dry Salami with American yellow and white cheese rolls with red, orange and green bell peppers. The centerpiece of the platter, is Cheese Spread, made of Feta Cheese, Cream cheese, onion, fresh parsley and dill, topped with cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Crackers or sliced french bread will be just perfect to serve with.

ASIAGO AND WHITE CHEDDAR ASPARAGUS SOUP WITH HAM

"ASIAGO AND WHITE CHEDDAR ASPARAGUS SOUP MIX"
This is a dry mix soup from Costco. I just followed the instructions from the package but I have to add some of my ingredients for a different taste, such as:
ham, mushrooms, garlic, yellow cheddar cheese, pepper,butter and parsley;
A very rich and tasty soup. Next time I have to double or triple the quantities.
Garlic bread is the best or "a must"!!!

If you go shopping at Costco grab a bag or two of this delicious soup mix. You will love it!
