STYLISH EGGS - APPETIZER

INGREDIENTS:

3 hard boiled eggs,
3 tablespoons mayonnaise,
3 tablespoons liver pate,
1 tablespoon yellow mustard,

DIRECTIONS:
Cut eggs in half; gently remove yolk and place it in a small mixing bowl; add mayonnaise, mustard and liver pate; mix until smooth; stuff eggs by spoon or cake decorator...
garnish with tomato; (or cucumber, olives, pickle etc...)

BERRY BANANA VANILLA FRENCH TOAST

INGREDIENTS FOR ONE SERVING:

2 thick slice bread;
1 egg,
1/4 cup milk,
2 tablespoons butter,
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract,
1 banana, peeled,
1/3 cup berry jam (mixture of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries in this case)
1 teaspoon powder sugar;

CREAMY SPICY TOMATO SOUP AND HOMEMADE BREAD GRILLED CHEESE

SHRIMP COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS:

20 large shrimp, peeled and deveined,
1/4 cup chili sauce,
3 tablespoons lemon juice,
1/4 cup horseradish,
1/2 cup ketchup,
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder,
dash of salt;
Mix chili sauce,lemon juice, horseradish, garlic powder, salt and ketchup.
Refrigerate until serving time.
