What a wonderful moment in those people's life right now! A baby girl, 8.6 lb. The family is complete and a new chapter in their lives just began. Oh God help them! What a wonderful day!
Have a nice weekend everybody! I have a party planning to do! XOXOXO to all of you!
Here is a remake of my favorite dessert. Not only for my family but for my dear friend of mine mother to be any minute now. She is in labor on her own private room at the hospital as I'm posting this. Her husband just called me and told me about her. Yay...Boy or Girl ? They don't know yet. I just want to surprise her with this delicious puffs and fresh strawberries and I will also make her some chicken soup. Her husband is totally lost; first time father! I remember my husband at the birth of our first child...but I don't want to go there; I only have one thing to say, that women are stronger then men. AMEN!
Not much work here. Chicken nuggets from the supermarket, I just baked them for 30 minutes until golden brown and crisp. But the sauce...the sauce is another story with a happy ending. Yes you can eat the nuggets with mustard, ketchup, BBQ sauce, but this sauce of mine is a killer for two reasons : 1. taste excellent; 2. it's so freaking spicy...hahaha...it can kill you! Ok, I was just joking, not that spicy. Here is what I've used: 1 cup melted Velveeta cheese, 1/1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup horseradish, 1/4 cup red chili sauce, (no salt no pepper) Mix and serve!
A fast and delicious salad for Tuna lovers. All you need is one can Tuna in water, 1/3 chopped red onion, 1/2 cup corn, fresh chopped parsley, mayonnaise (I've made my own out of egg yolk, Dijon mustard and olive oil), salt and pepper. Mix and serve on crackers , over a green salad, stuffed tomatoes....
Good morning! Another beautiful day! Mmmmm.....and the smell of this fresh coffee with vanilla creamer .... This omelette is one of my husband's idea and actually he made it this morning for us. Here are the ingredients for 2: 4 eggs, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 cup sliced sausage, (or bacon, ham) 1/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup shredded cheese (any kind) salt and pepper fresh chopped parsley or dill tomatoes
