ZUCCHINI AND CHICKEN MEATBALLS



INGREDIENTS:
1lb. ground chicken meat, 1 shredded zucchini (1 cup), 4 chopped green onions, 1 teaspoon granulated garlic, 2 eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup bread crumbs (1/2 plus);
Mix all the ingredients; shape into 1-1/2 inch balls; roll into bread crumbs; deep fry until golden brown.

MEATBALLS - APPETIZER

BASIC INGREDIENTS FOR ONE POUND MEAT:
1 lb. meat of your choice (pork in this case),
1/2 chopped large onion,
1 clove of minced fresh garlic,
1 egg, lightly beaten,
1-1/2 cups soft white bread crumbs,
dash of thyme and pepper,
salt to taste,
oil for deep frying;
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients, minus oil. Form 1-1/2 - 2 inches balls and roll onto flour. Deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or cold, with mustard, mayonnaise, honey mustard,ketchup , bbq sauce or any sauce you like.
