PESTO CHEESE APPETIZER






INGREDIENTS FOR PESTO (MY PESTO) :
1/2 cup fresh parsley,
1/2 cup fresh dill,
2 cloves of garlic,
1/4 cup olive oil,
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice,
dash of salt;
All the ingredients are processed in a food processor until well chopped, or until smooth.
You can use this pesto over pasta, fish, baked potato, vegetables, etc...
For this appetizer I've used sesame seed french bread with creamy goat cheese, red onion, tomato and black sesame seeds.
