ONE PASTA TWO DISHES

-CRAB PASTA SALAD-
Ingredients:
2 cups any cooked pasta,
2 cups chopped crab meat,
1/2 cup finely diced pickle,
1/2 cup finely chopped onion,
1/2 cup mayonnaise,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
1/2 teaspoon black pepper,
salt to taste
fresh chopped parsley.
Mix and serve; refrigerate left overs.

-QUICK PASTA SOUP-
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked pasta,
1 cup spaghetti sauce,
1/2 teaspoon black pepper,
2 tablespoon olive oil,
2 tablespoon salted butter,
fresh parsley,
salt to taste,
4-5 cups chicken broth or water;
1 cup shredded mortadella (optional)
Cook all the ingredients for 10 to 15 minutes; serve warm.
