INGREDIENTS: 1.1/2 LB. pork meat, cut in 2.1/2 in. pieces, 1 cup diced carrots, 1.1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 cup chopped celery, 3 potatoes, cut in 2 in. cubes, 1 cup diced green bell pepper, 1/2 cup rice, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill, 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 cup sour cream, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup vegeta.
1 cup crumbs Feta cheese,
1/2 cup cream cheese, room temp.,
1/3 cup butter, room temp.,
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion,
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley,
1/3 cup black sesame seeds;
Mix all ingredients, minus sesame seeds. Refrigerate until firm. Form 2.1/2 inches balls (or smaller) and roll into sesame seeds. Refrigerate until 1o minutes before serving; will be more easy to spread on crackers, fresh bread, vegetables...
