ZUCCHINI CHEESE BURGER

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups shredded zucchini,
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese,
1 cup chopped onion,
3 large eggs,
1 cup flour,
1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon pepper,
oil for deep frying;
Mix all ingredients; spoon mixture into hot oil 3,4 at a time; fry on both sides until golden brown.

  1. Inca o retetat pe placul meu.Am prestat mini qiuche intr-o forma mare...o bunatate...lumea nu se mai satura.Revin cu pozele de quiche peste citeva zile..... abea azi am ajuns din republica dominicana-vacanta.
