BABY PASTA SHELLS WITH GROUND TURKEY AND ZUCCHINI

More pasta for today. Here is a fast and very tasty dish.
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. ground turkey meat,
1.1/2 cup baby pasta shells,
1 chopped large onion,
3 medium sliced zucchini,
1 medium thin sliced yellow bell pepper,
3 cloves of garlic,
1/2 teaspoon red crushed pepper,
salt,
5 to 6 cups chicken broth or water,
2 tablespoons olive oil;
DIRECTIONS:
Cook the meat in 2 tablespoons oil until golden brown; add onion, garlic and spices; stir and cook for 2 minutes (medium heat) until onion turns golden; add pasta and 2 cups of liquid; add more liquid (2 cups at a time) until pasta is well done cooked; add sliced zucchini and peppers; stir cooking for 1,2 minutes; do not over cook zucchini; taste better when firm then soft.
Serve warm. Parmesan cheese is ideal for this dish, but not necessary.
Enjoy!
