APPLE CINNAMON CAKE

-APPLE CINNAMON CAKE-
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups flour,
2 cups sugar,
4 cups apples. peeled and diced,
3 eggs, beaten,
1/2 cup melted butter,
1/2 teaspoon baking powder,
1 teaspoon baking soda,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
2 teaspoon cinnamon,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract;

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour your baking dish; set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients; add the rest of the ingredients an mix well. Place batter into prepared baking dish and bake for 1 hour. Let cool for few minutes before removing from pan.
