BASIC FOCACCIA

INGREDIENTS FOR BASIC FOCACCIA:
5 teaspoons active dry yeast,
1 3/4 cups warm water,
1 teaspoon sugar,
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil,
5 cups all-purpose flour plus extra for kneading,
2 teaspoons salt (sea salt);
