GOOD MORNING - VEGGIE OMELETTE, CRISP BACON AND FRESH FRUIT

INGREDIENTS FOR OMELETTE:
2 large eggs,
1/3 cup diced zucchini,
1/3 cup diced onion,
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms,
1/3 cup red bell pepper,
1/3 cup chives,
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese,
tomato for garnish (optional)
salt and pepper;

2 large slices of bacon,

1 cup mixed fresh fruits - pineapple, strawberries, grapes
