INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. pork meat cut in small pieces,
1 sliced large onion,
1 tablespoon olive oil,
1 teaspoon Montreal seasoning,
2,3 tablespoons soy sauce,
2,3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (plus extra for dipping)
2,3 pita bread cut in half;

DIRECTIONS:
Cook meat in one tablespoon olive oil until brown; add seasoning, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons chili sauce; cook for 1 minute stirring; add onion and keep cooking and constantly stirring until onion turns lightly brown and glossy; add one more tablespoon of soy sauce and chili sauce; no salt or pepper needed when you use Montreal seasoning.
