I lived in New York for 15 years and I never tried pastrami! Actually I don't even know what it is, but it looks good. We have lots of salami, prosciutto and sausages here in Sicily. The traditional sausages are the ones with fennel, they are delicious baked in the oven with potatoes. What I like most though is mortadella sandwich. Mortadella is a kind of bologna, it might even be the same thing actually because the best mortadella is from Bologna.
