ALFREDO SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chicken broth,
2 cups heavy whipping cream,
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese,
2-3 minced garlic cloves,
2 tablespoon cornstarch,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon pepper;

DIRECTIONS:
In a medium saucepan, heat chicken broth over medium high heat, bringing to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and whisk in heavy cream, cornstarch, and garlic. Bring to a soft boil and whisk for one minute. Reduce heat to low, whisk in Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 10 minutes to melt cheese, let thicken, and incorporate flavors, whisking occasionally.

ReplyDeleteAncutza, te pup si eu; ma bucur ca ai trecut pe aici si sper sa mai treci ca sa citesti acest mesaj: "nu pot sa mai intru la tine pe blog (si la mai multe persoane...) tot imi apare "EROR" si pagina este total alba...nu stiu ce se intimpla; as fi vrut sa dau vina pe PC-ul meu, dar cred ca totusi blogger este de vina, pentru ca la unele persoane am acces foarte bine; voi mai incerca, pina atunci, NERVI..." merci pentru premii, esti o draguta!
