INGREDIENTS:

1-1/4 cups granulated sugar,
1-1/4 cups packed brown sugar,
1-1/2 cups butter, softened,
2 teaspoons vanilla extract,
3 eggs, room temp.,
4-1/4 cups all purpose flour,
2 teaspoons baking soda,

2 cups chopped pecans;
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl, beat granulated sugar, brown sugar and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, scrapping bowl occasionally. Beat in vanilla extract and eggs until well blended. On low speed, beat in flour, baking soda and salt until combined, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in chopped pecans.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool one minute before removing from cookie sheets.
Enjoy!
