  1. Un adevarat festin romanesc de sarbatori!
    Felicitari pentru carnaciori, eu nu am mai avut timp sa fac acasa!Si mi-au lipsit...
    In schimb, butoiul de muraturi si varza murata, plus ghiveciul cu leustean stau la loc de cinste in garaj, respectiv patio!
    Sarbatori cu bine!La multi ani!

  2. tartoras, sarbatori cu bine si la tine si La Multi Ani! Si eu pun muraturi dar nu la butoi , ci borcane mai mari(varza murata taiata pe jumate)iar la mine leusteanul nu vrea sa prinda sub nici un fel de nici un fel, nici din seminte nici din radacina; gasesc uscat la niste marketuri asiatice sub numele de FENU GREEK; la mine nu este ciorbita fara leustean!

    I'm so glad I found your wonderful blog to day. Your sausages looks so good! My husband and I was thinking of trying to make our own sausages this Christmas, however I got a bad flu before Christmas and had to drop it.
