A dear friend of mine, mother to be any day now, is having a Baby Shower party. I'm going to make (remake)this Appetizer platter (plus others...)for her. Here we have Italian Dry Salami with American yellow and white cheese rolls with red, orange and green bell peppers. The centerpiece of the platter, is Cheese Spread, made of Feta Cheese, Cream cheese, onion, fresh parsley and dill, topped with cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Crackers or sliced french bread will be just perfect to serve with.
I will be back with more posts of what I'm going to prepare for my friend's party. Stay tuned!I don't just prepare the food for her, but I have to go shopping for food too... :):):)
