2 cups milk,
1 cup flour,
2 eggs,
1/4 teaspoon salt,
1 pk. Philadelphia cream cheese 8 oz.-softened,
2 cups cool whip,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
1/2 cup powder sugar;
Combine milk, flour, salt and eggs in a mixing bowl. Using electric mixer, beat until smooth. For each crepe, pour 1/4 cup batter into hot, lightly greased 8-inch skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until
browned on both sides, turning once.
Combine cheese, powder sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Add cool whip and mix until smooth. Spread one spoon of cheese mixture over each crepe; roll it up. Sprinkle with powder sugar or (and) strawberry jam (or your favourite jam) topping.
Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteBuna NINA! Ce pofta mi-ai facut cu aceste clatite. Din pacate noi suntem in mutari puternice(in alt oras), deci ne-am pus casa de vanzare si cumparam alta in orasul in care ne mutam; o nebunie!! Asa ca blogul meu sufera dragul de el caci nu prea am timp de gatit si de pozat, mancam pe apucate si cam ce da Domnul. Te pupicesc si iti doresc Paste Fericit!!! Cu drag, Davella

ReplyDeleteI had amazing crepes in Buenos Aires, they call them "panqueques" there and fill them with thicky, creamy dulce de leche. They would be good with cream cheese or mascarpone to tone down the sweetness. I am inspired to re-recreate them and let you know the result!
ReplyDeleteMany thanks to all of you who post a comment! I really appreciate it! :))))
