¡Hola! Nina.
ReplyDeleteEsta receta me parece fantástica. Siempre viene bien tener este condimento, y mucho más aun si es casero.

Gracias por visitarme y darte a conocer. A partir de ahora, vendré a verte a menudo.
Un beso.
I will have to try this have been looking for a replacement for Vegeta as it is halal and I refuse to pay halal taxes and worst of all its not labelled as halal...
ReplyDeleteQuestion how long you can keep this condiments
ReplyDeleteDo you need to keep them n the fridge
Well, 3 yrs after the asking but I'm suggesting based on experience with other blends that it keeps up to 6 months if stored air-tight in a cool, dry place out of direct light. That's fairly standard. However, that is thinking that you don't use it all up before that. Ah hah!

Thank you so very much. I am most happy to find this recipe. In fact, when I saw how it is made I knew I was going to use the same technique for several other "seasoning" recipes I need to make.
