TUNA AND CORN SALAD - APPETIZER-

A fast and delicious salad for Tuna lovers. All you need is one can Tuna in water, 1/3 chopped red onion, 1/2 cup corn, fresh chopped parsley, mayonnaise (I've made my own out of egg yolk, Dijon mustard and olive oil), salt and pepper. Mix and serve on crackers , over a green salad, stuffed tomatoes....

    Any way you like it Katy, if you like Tuna! I love Tuna with plain mayonnaise on a toast, but some times I get a little bit creative just to diversify the taste and look! :)
