1-1/2 lb.large shrimp, peeled and deveined,
4 tablespoons butter,
3 garlic cloves, minced,
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice,
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley,
salt,fresh ground pepper;
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook, stirring until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp; cook, tossing occasionally, until pink, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Toss with lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
