Dana, zucchini prajesti ca pe cartofi deep fried, dar nu prea mult ca sa-si pastreze forma si sa ramina crunchy, iar usturoiul saute in putin ulei pina la golden color, nu prea mult ca devin amarui la gust; amesteci apoi cu dovleceii prajiti, plus sare si piper dupa gust si servesti calzi, asa simpli ori linga o fripturica; sint buni si reci!
