10 chicken tenders,
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vegeta,
1 teaspoon garlic powder,
1/2 teaspoon pepper,
1.1/2 cups flour,
Frying Cooking Oil,

Frying Cooking Oil,
DIRECTIONS:
Season flour with vegeta , garlic powder and pepper set aside; toss chicken into the flour mixture; dip into the beaten eggs , then flour mixture again. Fry for few minutes on both sides or until golden brown. Remove chicken onto paper towel to drain excess oil.

ReplyDeleteNina, I make mine the same way except I put alot of heat red pepper in it because we love spicy. They look like your, and we love them, anyone that reads this post has to try this the way Nina makes them as this is an awesome coating for chicken and the lemon or any dipping sauce isnt even needed they are so delicious! Great picture and post!

ReplyDeleteKaty, the crust actually is not crispy, it's quite soft; it's more egg then flour and it's not deep fried...
