INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter,
1/4 cup cocoa powder,
1/2 cup vegetable oil,
2 cups sugar,
2 teaspoons vanilla extract,
4 eggs,
2 teaspoons baking powder,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
2 cups flour;
DIRECTIONS:
In a microwavable small bowl melt butter; add cocoa powder, mix well; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix vegetable oil and sugar, vanilla extract and baking powder, salt and eggs one at a time. Add melted butter and cocoa mixture. Stir in flour. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
Heat oven to 350 F. Grease cookie sheet with butter or cooking spray. Shape dough into 1- 1/2 inches balls. Place balls about 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Dust with powder sugar(optional).
