SHRIMP COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS:
20 large shrimp, peeled and deveined,
1/4 cup chili sauce,
3 tablespoons lemon juice,
1/4 cup horseradish,
1/2 cup ketchup,
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder,
dash of salt;
Mix chili sauce,lemon juice, horseradish, garlic powder, salt and ketchup.
Refrigerate until serving time.

That cocktail sauce is just what those shrimp are screaming for!
ReplyDeleteKaty, I know that there are so many recipes for cocktail shrimp sauce, but this is what I've come up with in a hurry before the shrimp was gone with garlic sauce...
